Shipping/Returns
Laureli Home aims to dispatch your order within 2 working days of placing and paying for your order. Your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated on your order form.
If the product you have ordered is not suitable for you, you can exchange/return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The product must be returned in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging.
How to register a return:
Find your order
If you have registered your purchase, you can find your order by going to My Account > My Orders. Once you have selected the order you want to return, click Manage.
If you purchased as a guest, check your email. Click on the order link.
Click the Refund button in the order management.
We will contact you personally by email or phone to arrange delivery and refund.
When sending your order, please remember to add your order number to the parcel.
